About US
THE FLOW STATE SEEKER
Gabriel is a Flow State seeker, Peak Performance Coach certified by Jamie Wheal (Flow Genome Project) and Permaculturist certified by Ian Trew (Noosa Forest Retreat), who loves change, adventure, cooking, education, music, dancing and traveling. He is passionate about helping people form basic daily practices that improve their mental, physical and emotional health to Flow in life, he is the founder and creator of The Power of Basic (#ThePOB).
He often seeks out new challenges with a result orientation and growth mindset. He has successfully competed in one Ironman, two 70.3 Ironman and multiple triathlons and few adventure races. As an Australian-Latino from Caracas, Venezuela living in QLD, Australia, he can appreciate the growth opportunities that different cultures present.
He is also Electronics Engineer with experience in Field Operations and Project Management for global telecommunication companies, operating and building wireless infrastructure networks and has successfully led multidisciplinary teams. His career has provided him with the opportunity to work in numerous departments including Engineering Design, Trade Marketing, Operations and Projects. These diverse experiences have created a wide-angle view of the well-being and performance challenges across the different roles in a business.
